Hi there! I’m a high school history teacher and sometime designer based in Pittsburgh, PA.
I graduated magna cum laude from Harvard in 2006, with a degree in the history of science (”we put other departments out to Pasteur!”) and a thesis on the history of waterfowl migration study. I received the department’s undergraduate writing prize, as well as recognition for my achievement in instructional technology. I also studied animation with Ruth Lingford and Lorelei Pepi, and you can see some of my work here.
I’m originally from Minnesota, the finest state in the union. I play the Irish harp, and I love to bike.
